Today I`ve been to an area called the tablelands, which is west of Cairns.
You can go to the rainforest and see the amazing wildlife there-yes,tahts exactly what i did.
In the moring I had a guided tour which was very informative and therefore interesting and in the afternoon I went kajaking in a lake to watch out for some water animals like water dragons or water snakes.
Just take a look at that massive tree!Its called cathedral fig tree and its about 40-50 metres high and it needs about 6000 litres a day!
Its just amazing what plants you can see in the rainforest!
Tomorrow i`ll go to the Great Barrier Reef and i`ll take hopefully some good fotos with my rented underwater camera to give you an impression of the gorgeous life in the reef.
By the way, don`t be frightened: the snake which i just kissed isn`t poisonous or in any other way dangerous :-P

waaaahhh, du spinnst ja, die schlange ist so eklig!!!!! dafuer sieht der regenwald umso besser aus. schreib mir mal warum u wann du freuher kommen willst, bin verwirrt! mich kommt uebermorgen der leo besuchen, bleibt auch ne weile :-) was schenkst du mir zum geburtstag????? schlangeneier??? haha! brueller... bin so gespannt auf deine erzaehlungen!
